I am happy with the resolution and impressed by how proactive they are and by their dedication to customer happiness. This gives me confidence that my initial disappointing experience was an anomaly. I had high hopes after reading the reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. The unit only sporadically powers on, despite being fully charged, and often won't turn on at all.
