Very comfortable and well-designed office chair. The backrest provides excellent support, especially for the lower back and shoulders, and the headrest is a big plus for long work sessions. The seat cushion is firm but comfortable and doesn’t feel like it sinks too much over time. I like the breathable fabric on the back—it stays cool even after sitting for hours. The armrests are sturdy and adjustable, and the chair feels stable and high quality overall. Assembly was straightforward as well. Great option if you spend long hours working at a desk and want something ergonomic without feeling bulky or overly rigid. Read more

I just received the chair yesterday and set it up yesterday (10/10/25). So far, I like it a lot. It was easy to assemble, it came with spare parts, and it's surprisingly comfortable. My only minor grievance is that it doesn't lock in different positions. You can unlock it from its fixed position and rock into different angles, but you can't lock it back into a leaning back position or anything, which is a bummer. The cushion is a good thickness and I haven't noticed any crazy discomfort so far. I'll be spending an extensive amount of time in this chair next week, so I'll update this review after that to let you guys know how it feels to be in it for prolonged periods. I've used it for several hours with no noticeable issues so far. I will say that the quality also seems quite good. The chair looks good and it (for me) doesn't produce any noise, it's silent so far. I'm an above-average height woman (around 5'8", or 172cm for those of you who don't use Freedom Units) and I fit just fine in this chair. However, I don't know how well someone else really tall would do in it. I'll get someone tall to use it and see how it goes. Another benefit is the width of the seat. I can comfortably sit crisscross-applesauce or with one foot tucked underneath me and I don't smack my limbs into anything. The lumbar support (so far) is also good. Lastly, the chair also comes with a five-year warranty that you can sign up for, which will include 90-day returns and exchanges for free, as well as five-year maintenance coverage, which includes free part repair and replacement. I don't see offers like that often, so I thought I'd mention it here. :) UPDATE 25 OCTOBER: I've used the chair for about two weeks now and I'm still pretty happy with it. It still annoys me that I can't recline the back backwards, but I do appreciate that I can switch between rocking/leaning or sitting upright. The lumbar support is good, and I've learned you can actually adjust the headrest, so you can pull it up higher and not just tilt it to different angles. I did have someone else who's way taller than me try it out, and he said it seemed okay, but he didn't need to use it for long. I've sat in this chair for hours at a time for gaming, work, or casual use, and I haven't had any discomfort outside of the standard tightness you get from being sedentary for too long. Read more

This chair honestly exceeded my expectations! Assembly was very easy and only took me about 30 minutes on my own. The first thing I noticed is how comfortable it feels—the mesh back is breathable, so even after sitting for hours it doesn’t get hot or stuffy. The lumbar support is well-designed and really helps relieve the back pain I usually get from long study and work sessions. The headrest and armrests are fully adjustable, which makes it easy to find the perfect sitting position. Once adjusted, my posture feels naturally upright and I no longer slouch as much as before. The seat cushion is wide and supportive, perfect for long hours of use. The chair itself feels sturdy and stable, and the wheels roll smoothly without making noise or scratching the floor. After using it for a few days, I can already feel less strain on my neck and lower back, which makes working and studying much more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great ergonomic chair with amazing value for the price. Highly recommend it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this ergonomic office chair for my home office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Assembly was quick and painless — about 15 minutes total, even while recording a setup video. Everything fit perfectly, and the instructions were clear. The comfort level is outstanding. The lumbar support hits just the right spot and makes a huge difference during long work sessions. The adjustable headrest is another big plus — it moves up and down and tilts back and forth, so it’s easy to find the perfect position whether I’m sitting upright typing or leaning back to read. The armrests can fold up out of the way, which is great when I want to slide the chair under my desk or have more room to move around. The mesh back keeps me cool, the seat cushion is supportive without being too firm, and the whole chair feels sturdy and well-balanced. It also looks sharp — modern and professional without being bulky. For the price, this chair is an absolute win. It’s ergonomic, adjustable, and built for real comfort — easily one of the best office chairs I’ve owned. Read more

This is a solid chair, it was well packaged and included tools and the parts (with some extras just in case) you need to assemble it. Like most furniture, it's much easier to use a drill/driver instead of the hand tools provided but even with the hand tools, it should take more than 15-20 minutes to assemble. Overall the chair has been comfortable, the lumbar support is excellent as are the hand rests. My only issue I've encountered is that I'm tall so the head rest doesn't seem to go high enough to actually support my head/neck. For people under 6'5" this probably won't be an issue. Read more
