We immediately broke the spring in the clamp and had to hold it closed by pressing it up with my thumb, but curler heated up fast and did a good job. Very lightweight and portable. With constant use I don’t think it would last very long but we won’t use it often. It was worth the cost. Read more
I think this little travel curling iron works great! It heats up fast. I have thinner hair and it curled it so well on vacation. It doesn't have the strongest grip, but it worked well for me since I used smaller amounts of hair. Great size. Read more
Hard to hang on to, to use it. Not much to hold on too. Doesn't do as good of a job as a full size one. Small and lighter weight for travel Has a low and high setting. Probably takes some time to get used too. Read more
Not useful for me at all—with short hair, the hair slips off barrel, clamp too loose and does not hold the hair. Would not recommend this item to anyone with short hair. It may work ok with long hair. Read more
The barrel is 1" wide and the cord is apprx 56-57" long. Other reviewers are correct when they comment that the clamp isn't super tight. However, it gets the job done. I have short hair and only need a bit of curl in the front. It heats up fast and is perfect for a travel bag which was why I purchased this. I travel with carry-on only and hunted high and low locally for a small travel iron. Thank you Amazon! I think a person with longer hair that wanted to do a full styling with this may get a bit frustrated but it's great for "light" duty. I highly recommend this for a gal that just wants a bit or curl and travels light. Read more
This may be fine if you have longer and thicker hair, but I have short fine hair and it will not work for me. I should have checked out what "25mm" was in inches. The size was also too large for short hair. Read more
Love this hair curling wand. It heats up well. In fact I use the lower setting when I curl my hair. It’s small enough and lite enough for traveling, which was the main reason I purchased it. Fulfills all my needs. Read more
It's ok...serviceable enough. It leaves a crease in my short bangs because it only has one heat setting (pretty hot) and because I'm not yet adept at adjusting for that. This is why one buys a full size curling iron with adjustable settings for everyday use. :-) Read more
