Bought for travel internationally. I'm very impressed with the drying power. It's compact and does a nice job. Great adjustable air flow. Read more
Great travel hair dryer. I liked it better than my home hair dryer. The settings make sense and are located where you can easily reach them while drying. The color coding helps too when drying. Read more
I use a diffuser on my curls and bought this for travel vs dragging my larger hair dryer. It folds for travel and is a nice weight. It worked well and has great air flow. It has more air flow with the diffuser than I’m use to but it worked and maintained my curls. It doesn’t seem to have as much heat as other dryers but it got the job done. It seems durable so hopefully it lasts! Read more
Just got it and have only used it once but I’m very pleased leased with it…it’s very powerful and I may well make it my daily at home dryer! I’m looking forward to testing the dual voltage when I travel and its durability Read more
Blows significant air but not as hot as I would prefer. Read more
Love the weight, love the power and love the compact folding handle of this dual voltage travel dryer! Read more
I originally bought this because I was going on a trip to Greece, where they use 220 V electricity. Most hairdryers (in the US) require 120 V current, so having this dual voltage hairdryer would be nice as it would work at both home and abroad. I only needed to buy a plug adaptor rather than the more expensive voltage adapter. But then I left it home. But it works very well here in the US as well. The first thing I did when I opened this box was to read the directions (amazingly as I rarely do that). Sometimes directions can steer you wrong, as they did in this case (in an inconsequential way). I was immediately disappointed because the diagram showing how to plug the hairdryer into a wall socket showed a standard, non-shock-preventing plug. I didn’t think that those could be sold in the US, and I knew that I didn’t want to use one (I try to avoid being electrocuted!). But then I opened the box and found out that the actual hairdryer had the correct plug on it. Whew! Suddenly it was no longer junk but a useful machine. From there I found more and more things to like about this. First is that the fast speed really blows out the air, while the gentle speed is just that, gentle, but useful (with two other speeds in between). There are three heat settings. Directions for cleaning the fuzz that collects on the intake side are included. What’s especially wonderful about this is something that I’ve not seen in any of the hairdryers that I’ve used before this. By holding the temperature control button down and sliding the speed control from off to fast you will find that the hairdryer reversed its airflow, blowing out the junk that has accumulated inside the dryer. There are two attachments for the dryer: a narrow directional nozzle and a round perforated nozzle with pegs sticking out of it (for allowing the air to reach into the interior of a thicker mane of hair). The hairdryer also twists around to fold into a more compact form for storage (a draw-string storage bag is also included). This is replacing a much larger, 10 year+ old hairdryer. This will take up so much less room. The only thing I cannot make sense of is that the package has the following printed on the front cover: “Weightless +50%, Sleek +40%, Shine +80%. NO idea what that means! Read more
