There are many things to like about this hair dryer. It is sleek and stylish. It comes in a convenient travel bag and is definitely lightweight and compact, perfect for traveling. It has a diffuser and a concentrator. I haven’t needed/won’t use the diffuser since I have straight hair, but the concentrator came in handy when I used it to quickly dry a water spot on my pants before work. The head rotates and it has a cool shot feature. It probably cut my drying time in half compared to my standard (and old!) hair dryer. I think it does what it purports to do, and I am overall very pleased with the product. The only detractors were minor: the cord is quite stiff (but might loosen up over time) and the button placement on the wand took some getting used to before I stopped pushing buttons by mistake. Where I struggle with this hairdryer is the price and how I will be using this. I just don’t think it does anything special enough to warrant the almost $80 price tag. Yes, it’s lightweight, but I stay in hotels when I travel and almost everyone has a hair dryer provided. I haven’t needed or used the rotating head at all, and I probably won’t use either attachment regularly. The cool shot feature is on all three hairdryers in my house, so it’s nice but not unique. I had my adult daughter try it out over Christmas and she liked it fine, but agrees that she would never pay that much for it. The is a very powerful hair dryer! For the air it moves it is very quiet! It heats and cools very fast! It feels solid in hand and not like it will easily break.
