I believe in always be fair and honest. Initially I provided a poor review as the order was incomplete (2 of 4 pieces arrived) and damage to one that arrived prior to Christmas. Well, after the review was posted (there was not anyone I could locate to follow up with or I would not have posted the review), a full set arrived within 2 days, it was perfect! I used for a 6 day vacation and it held up fine. No issues. I definitly think it is worth the money. It's hard to rate durability until you have had the itme for awhile but I gave a good rating as it did well on initial trip. So please void my earlier rating. I absolutely love this luggage set! The rose gold color is elegant and modern, and it looks even better in person. The hard shell feels very sturdy and protected all my belongings during travel. So far so far. Enough room for 3-5 days trip including winter clothes. Rolls smoothly. Very nice color true to picture. I did not give it five stars because the handbag is not very resistant and not good quality. It's good only to carry a wallet and your boarding pass. I put my cosmetic bag and some munchies there. So let me tell you about my briefcase expirience with this specific briefcase. So I like to enjoy the finer things in life and look at the glass half full kinda person. So let me start with the positives the briefcase is super cute and stylish. I like that they look good. The storage capacity is amazing you could honestly pack up a water buffalo and take it home. The storage and looks are great couldn’t ask for better. So now that you made it this far here comes the drama and the bad that you all have been waiting for. The wheels on this thing suck I have made an appointment with my chiropractor because I’ve had to drag this thing across the country literally. The wheels would be better off if they were square. The wheels on this thing was probably molded by a blind Chinese kid they felt oval. While my back is shot from lugging this thing from on and off the plane to a cruise ship my mental state is also shot. I called my therapist to up my Zoloft prescription because it’s been so frustrating dealing with briefcase. If I had spare money I would do us all a favor and throw it off the cruise ship. The wheels are so terrible they would probably work better in the ocean where this thing belongs. So now the bright side if you want to become a strong man and participate in the worlds strongest man competition this bag is for you. Because like anyone else my wife and I pack everything but the kitchen sink and when we are on vacation probably by half of the Bahamas. The media could not be loaded. I got this 4-piece set in 2023 and am now in the market to replace it with better, high-quality luggage. This is a decent starter set that’s affordable (less than $130 at the time) for a beginning traveler. USE & QUALITY: I’ve traveled internationally once and within the states and the larger suitcase got banged up during transport. The handle is flimsy. It’s not scratch-resistant. When I’m rolling the carry-on upright in its vertical position on all four wheels, it’s not steady and the wheels are misaligned to the direction I’m moving. That is annoying. It’s easier to either pull it while rolling on just the back wheels or lift it to carry. That defeats the purpose of the four wheels though. PROS: The set is packaged nicely. A large expandable suitcase, a carry-on, a shoulder bag for smaller items, and a small bag for toiletries are part of the luggage set. SIZE: Great size and luggage pieces for a single traveler. The size is TSA approved as well. It’s a decent starter set that gets the job done. Then it’s time to spend more for better quality and durability as you travel more. Read more
