I’ll admit, I didn’t get this for any kind of long-distance travel purposes.. but hear me out about why it’s great whether you’re traveling or not.. I can’t stand having to carry my purse into places like the grocery store— doesn’t matter if it’s a big purse or a smaller one, it just drives me nuts. I usually end up just taking my wallet, which works but doesn’t feel super secure/safe, and I found myself just wanting something that can hold more than a couple cards and bills, but isn’t a cumbersome sensory nightmare. I really just wanted a giant wallet— this is like that for me, and so much more! It’s surprisingly well-made; I was not expecting it to be so nice at this price point. The fabric is soft (not fuzzy—more buttery) and smooth, which makes me feel like spot-cleaning is going to be pretty easy when necessary. The zippers are strong and sturdy without being harsh; I don’t have any concerns about them breaking or about any of my stuff falling out. The color is true to the product images, though depending on your lighting (and camera and angle if referring to pics) it may appear a bit different. The green one I have, I would call a “light sage green”—which is one of my favorite colors and it’s actually been difficult to find the right shade.. but this is exactly it. There’s compartments for anything you could possibly want to bring along (small things, of course). I love that I can fit money—bills AND COINS, chapstick, a snack, cards, somethin to write with and write on, hand sanitizer, and even my phone and I’ll still have room left. It’s the perfect size for holding a variety of items without being bulky and overbearing. It’s has a short handle for hand-carrying if you choose, and there’s also a strap for cross-body use. That strap is adjustable and has a very good range for how long/short you want it. And even with those options, it’s such a perfect size that just holding it in your hand is plenty comfortable and natural-feeling. I’m very pleasantly surprised by this product and would recommend it to anyone—whether you’re traveling far or just your usual daily activity, it’s perfect. Read more
