I change as I felt the backpack was more versatile. Such as on our cruise next year, we can also use the backpack for our onshore excursions. Purchased for my husband - sturdy, well made tote with multiple handy compartments. 17" laptop fits snugly in pocket but would recommend adding layer of protective padding if placing bag over handle of roller bag. True to what you’d expect from Travelpro - the bag is beautiful and well-crafted. Unfortunately I am returning and giving four stars because the handles are oddly long and unwieldy.
