Great if you’re on the short side and don’t want a lot of fussy accessories and use it for walking. Not sure it would be good for running. Easy to put together, my handy husband had it done in 30 minutes. It’s got a place to hold your phone or iPad. Two cup holders and preprogrammed settings if you like that kind of thing. I’m 5’3” and the handle height is fine for me, but if you’re any taller, the arm bars/handles are going to be really low. I use them for stability. There’s not a lot of incline and it’s not auto, so no frills there. The display tells you time, miles and calories, which is all I need. It’s pretty quiet, my roomba was running at the same time and it was noisier. I set up a little portable speaker and was able to clearly hear my audiobook. I bought this treadmill for my 78 year old mother who was told by her cardiologist that she needed to exercise more and daily walking was suggested. Since we live in an area that is either freezing cold with snow, or extremely hot with high humidity, I bought this so she could walk indoors and not out in the elements. The treadmill is very nice for the price. I like that they have different programs that you can walk/run, and I like how the display shows your speed, your distance, calories burned off, and the time you have been using it. The elevation is horrible though, you have to manually change it your self by lifting it up to reach under the front end to pop the elevation legs of the machine down, and it really does not give you that much elevation, so it's not even worth it to do. I do really like the emergency stop cord that you attach to your self, I think it's a great safety feature especially for someone who has never been on a treadmill before, like my mum. It's still taking her a little bit to feel comfortable using it. This probably isn't a treadmill for someone who is looking for a hard core workout, as it's pretty simple and basic. I wish the handles were a lot more sturdy. Also, this thing is pretty heavy. It does fold up nicely for storage, but like I said, it's quite heavy and hard to move around. Easy to use and seems durable so far. Was a great Christmas present for the family. Our 4 year old even enjoys walking on it. Can hold a tablet or phone while you walk or run. Lightweight to move anywhere and can hold 240 pounds nicely. Speed is great, can fast walk, jog, or the nice calm walking. The safety is good especially if you pull the red cord. We enjoy this treadmill as a family. You will need to get the treadmill oil as maintenance for the mat. Read more

I love this treadmill! It is easy to assemble even without the instructions. It is very solid, bit lightweight. It is very compact and can be used anywhere in the house. It has a high power motor, but is quiet in operation. The treadmill folds conveniently when not in use, which is great for smaller rooms. It seems very well built for the price. This is a perfectly fine, albeit very small walking pad. It’s what you would expect for the price. I only gave it 3 stars because it supposedly has a pause button, which actually says pause on it & the booklet says “pause the treadmill operation, retain current data” which it doesn’t. I’m not very experienced with exercise equipment, but this treadmill has been easy and comfortable to use. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for my apartment.
