The large size is great! My 80lb foster pup pushes it around. It keep him occupied for sometime. Since he has dog reactivity/behavioral problems, he cannot have traditional balls to bite down on (the bite typically releases stress for these dogs, however it teaches them seek out that release when their energy is too big instead of controlling it - leading to dogs who bite dogs, people, or both.) Now we only use foraging games in the home. Snuffle matts, frozen lick pads, kongs, and hiding treats work well too, but this ball lasts so much longer with less food. It's big enough that he noses it around or picks it up and drops it, but does not try to play bite. The openings had me concerned at first. There was no way his kibble would have come out. But I found that cutting a couple of the flexible barriers did the trick. I cut two on one side and only one on the other side to keep the game lasting long enough. If I didn't he eventually lost interest. Great foraging toy! And safe for behavioral issues too. Thank you! Read more

After working professionally with dogs for several years and recommending this ball to dozens of dog owners, I can safely say this is the most durable ball you're going to find. We have balls around our house that are 5+ years old, and one has a little nick in it--from a dog or the lawn mower? Not sure! Yes, they can be frustrating to fill if you are loading with a small kibble. A funnel helps, but you have to find one you can get into the hole and yet is big enough for the kibble to pour through. Then you will have food dribbling out the bottom while you're filling. Solve that by making a little paper towel stopper. If your small kibble comes out too fast to entertain your dog for long, just poke a couple of small dog biscuits in there with the food so that the dog will have a special goodie to challenge him when the kibble is gone. So you have to think it over a bit, but it is so worth it--because your dog has to think it over, too. You can get creative--push a couple of ice cubes in there in hot weather. If you're careful, you can put some broth or juice in it with a few dog treats and freeze it--obviously, it can only take a little water without running out! These are dishwasher safe, but I typically throw them in a bucket with a light bleach solution every now and then to keep them fresh. The ball is squooshy and bouncy, and it does float. But don't let its light weight fool you--it is TOUGH. We have two 60-pound dogs who love to fetch it, and they try to tug it away from each other. No damage to the toy. If your dog destroys tennis balls, use the smaller Fun Ball as your fetch ball. On the rare occasions that I board my dog, I pre-fill balls with his food, tuck a paper towel into each end, and put them in a zip top bag. Then I know the boarding facility will give him an appropriate amount of food, and he will have something to do. My dog likes to toss his ball around after it's empty. It bounces, and he can chase it. Have a litter of puppies? One of the most entertaining things I've ever done is put a couple of treat balls in the kennel with eleven 6-week old puppies. Those rascals loved the concept, and it was a great learning experience for them. This is just an all-around great toy, for feeding, for chewing, for fetching, for bouncing. Read more

My dogs absolutely love the Treat Dispensing Chew Ball! The durable design holds up well to heavy chewing, and the treat-dispensing feature keeps my pups engaged and mentally stimulated. Itβs the perfect mix of fun and challenge, and Iβve noticed my dog is calmer and more focused after playtime. Cleaning is easy, and the large size is ideal for bigger dogs. Highly recommend this toy for any dog that loves treats and interactive play! Read more

Most treat dispensing toy has too big of a hole which makes the treat falls out too easy, however, this Toy is just perfect. It holds the treat, no matter how small or big, inside for a good while and keeps my Husky entertain for an extended period of time. I recommend if you have multiple dogs to get them each one. Great product! My 12 week old lab puppy loves it. The puppy kibble comes out remarkably fast though. Itβs fun, but itβs not a challenge for my puppy to get the kibble out. It is very entertaining to watch him scramble to get all the kibble on the floor. Itβs easy to load, but itβs kind of time-consuming. So if you have a funnel, all you gotta do is stick it in the ball and then dump the kibble in. It makes it quick and easy! Very durable, but itβs a very easy cognitive challenge. Read more

This ball is great. We just bought our second. Our first has been and is still going strong after 16+ years!!! Unbelievable durability for a soft rubber type ball. We volunteer raising guide dogs and our original has somehow survived all those years and 30+ rambunctious puppies. It's a good ball for playing in the house without treats because it's squishy and won't damage anything. It's great as a brain teaser filled with some kibble or small treats. And is also great outside for fetch because it's easy to throw far and bounces great. Only reason we got another is because the original has just started to show some tiny slits in the rubber which collect dirt and make it harder to clean thoroughly. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is without a doubt my dogs favorite toy. We have been using them for about 4 years. I have 2 Dobermans. As you can see my dog is a pretty strong chewer. My dogs have never destroyed one. They have learned if you crunch the ball, then roll it, treats come out. I can't say enough good things about this toy. Keeps them occupied for quite a while!
