The fabric is very soft and stretchy, not cheaply thin but not so heavy you'd get warm in warmer weather. The color was a nice navy blue like the picture. Fit was true to size. I am 5'5, 150lbs, hourglass figure, and small-chested. I usually wear between a small and a medium. I bought a medium because someone said the top ran small. It fit perfectly, so I would definitely agree that if you're larger chested and someone who can run between sizes, size up. That said, it's also stretchy!
