I wanted to wear it right away, so I washed it and did a run through the dryer on low heat. I NEVER dry my clothing, I hang everything to preserve the quality and extend the life of my clothes, but I was in a hurry this time. And yep, it did shrink, as one might expect. I'm so glad I ordered a size up, as it's no longer very oversized. It didn't shrink a full size, I don't think. It's still just a bit baggy, but I'd tried it on before a wash and the sleeves and pant legs are definitely shorter after a wash. I'm often too tall/long for clothes off Amazon. They seem to be made for women under 5'7" usually, and pants are forever too short for me (I'm 5'8", 128-134lbs). I ordered a large this time and after one dry on low heat, these sweats are just barely a good fit length-wise. I won't ever dry them again, so hopefully no more shrinkage. These aren't thin like some others out there. Almost all sweats I've bought on Amazon do develop pilling on the sleeve cuffs. Hopefully this pair doesn't, but I expect them to as these feel quite similar to some others I purchased last year. Jury's still out, though, on that one. I wear these around the house when it's chilly, I don't go out in public in them (no shade on those that do), so a tiny bit of pilling over time, as long as my ankles aren't cold because the pants are too short, I'm okay with that. Super cozy and well made, its thick and has a fleece like lining on the inside. But not so thick you’ll get overly hot, The color matches the picture exactly, But if you’re on the shorter side I would size down, if you want a better fit. Love this set! Im short with a large donkey and thick thighs. These pants are everything! They have that good, old school feel and fit. They are thick, but not to hot. They were a true black in color. They price point is fine for a set, but I wish I could order the pants on their own. Read more

With many tracksuits available, it's hard to choose. I wore this in freezing weather with only a windbreaker, & I was warm & comfortable. The top is TTS and its material is attractive but the joggers balloon at the knees. After battling to adjust the ankles, the pantlegs are still exaggerated. I doubt sizing down would help. I imagine this outfit practical for base layering when you want function over style. It's good for travel, exercise, casual outings & lounging. Liabilities include the shedding of the inner material, and food stains are best spot cleaned ASAP. There are no pockets. Overall, this was a hassle for me. Read more
