Not only is the ball itself great quality and easy to inflate, but it also came with a helpful exercise guide and a beautiful baby memory book. That absolutely melted my heart. The media could not be loaded. Love it! Great quality, feel, easy to use, great air retention and inflated capacity. Reasonably priced. Love the lavender color as well. Came with plugs, plug remover, tape measure, and a pump, which is nice. I didn’t use the pump though, since it’s easier if you use an electric air compressor. I also love that it comes with a Guide To A Healthy Pregnancy Book with easy to understand instructions in English and illustrations as well as a Memory Book for your baby. Should have gotten it earlier in my pregnancy and not just the third trimester, as the book guide covers exercises from pre-pregnancy, first, second, third trimesters and even postpartum. Love love love this ball. I used it towards the end of my pregnancy at 310lbs. And held very well. It did lose a tiny bit of air after a couple uses but overall it's worth it. You'll for sure get a workout in blowing it up with what it comes with. Read more
