This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. This helps move your limb to help with flexibility and strength after surgery. The strap is strong and will not tear easily.
