This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. I bought this so I can do my physical therapy exercises at home between my appointments. I just recently had knee surgery and I want to stay flexible. This helps move your limb to help with flexibility and strength after surgery. The strap is strong and will not tear easily.
