I wasn’t expecting much from this product but I genuinely use this everyday now. It was very deep vibration that is surprisingly soothing and the back stretch is also deep. I didn’t use the manual option much and opted for the auto option because it cycles through the vibration and stretch while heating at the same time. As for the quality of pillow, it was very soft and comfortable. I found myself having to move it around and eventually turned it off sooner than I’d like, which breaks up the otherwise great experience.
