I purchased the 32-36". The size guide is accurate. I wear a 31" waist, a size 10 in women or 11 in junior. I wear a mid-rise and high rise and these belts are perfect with either. The difference in style is weather I use the first hole or second hole. The quality of the "leather" and buckle is Mreally nice and I expect the leather to hold up for a long time.
