I love these pants. They are light weight, beautiful designs, and fit well. They are great for the gym and hot/humid outdoor weather. I especially like the fabric not sticking to my skin or being so tight that every gawking idiot can see every detail in my legs. I can squat in them, no problem. I went up to medium, normally a size 26 in jeans. I cuff the pants because I personally don't like loose fabric around my ankles, but they length is fine without that. There are no seams that dig into the skin, the fabric breathes and does not cling. Linen and natural fibers are not cheap materials, and yes, shipping is an added cost, but perfectly within reason. Who these pants may not work for: someone desiring a promiscuous look, someone in an air conditioned building all day, someone very tall (but maybe size up and get them tailored). I hesitate to leave a review because it might encourage a bunch of bimbos to promote the look and degrade it to common or trendy; my silence, however, would be a disservice to the seller that makes a fantastic product in favor of the common moron. The pants have no linen in the fabric -- it is all cheap, thin polyester. The cut of the pants is not "harem" or "lantern" -- they are just big, wide, straight pants. They were enormous on me, and the pockets made them balloon around me even worse. It is extremely frustrating, because I have purchased pants similar to what these picture appears to be, but I can't seem to find them online for a decent price! The material is a little more sheer than I expected but since I live in the South they are comfortable in hotter months. The pants are very comfortable and fit well. The waistband is comfortable, the fit & size are true. Very good value. Pants are baggy enough that although the material is sheer, there's is no concern for stitches pulling out. I love the look. I ordered similar pants from a different vendor. As you know, there are sometimes multiple vendors selling the exact same item, but sometimes the quality of the fabric or the seeming where the colors are true to what they are actually showing in the images. A few weeks ago, I ordered these pants from a different vendor the exact same images being shown the pants look like they made are made out of a crêpe type fabric whether it’s polyester or something better I don’t care the textured crêpe look was what I was expecting and hoping to see it did not happen with the first pair of pants and it didn’t happen with this particular brand as well however the difference is night and day between the first store that I purchased it from which is kind of a very cheap polyester almost rain like material material you would wear in the in rain. This fabric is actually cotton or it feels like it’s a cotton blend or cotton blend polyester. It has sort of a satin sheen to it. It is Closer in design. As far as the bag is concerned it’s got a nice hemline on it. These people actually made effort as the previous company absolutely did not. The images that are the same from one site to the next on the previous company. It looked like it was kind of photographed on. It didn’t look like it was printed On or anything or embedded in the weaving of the fabric, which we know is polyester like rain material Did a far better job the image that I see is like it’s printed on top. It looks normal to me or woven within rather than bad photograph copy. The pants are not cut in the way that you see in the photograph and they’re also not nearly as baggy as they should be, they are fuller legged but not baggy. There is a little bit of a gathering at the bottom of the pants and the hem line has a trimmed fabric that accentuates the gathering, but just a tiny bit so I think these pants are a far better quality. They are not creepy and there’s a name to this style, which I can’t remember with the plate going down the side and then the The wide leg gathering at the bottom you’re not gonna get it. These are slightly baggy pants, but that’s it. I would buy these again because they’re better quality than the other ones. Also, the color I thought I was getting was a light gray and just like the previous company the color that you thought you were looking at online is not at all what you can expect to receive. The pants you see picture which come across as a pale gray or stone color actually are a pale khaki or like the color of canvas so if you’re trying to buy these pants to match certain outfits or tops or sweaters just know that you’re not going to. I’m extremely pleased with these pants. I was hesitant to buy them because of the mixed reviews. However, the unique design compelled me to buy them. I usually wear medium but Amazon suggested large. I’m glad I took the advice. The large gives me the flowing, loose look without looking too big or small. I am 5’5”, 145 lbs and blessed in the backside. I received many compliments. Read more
