These pills seem to work but....one, they do make me nauseous if taken how instructed. So, instead, I take my pill with soda instead of water which helps kind of flush the after taste down more effectively. Two, don't expect any miracles. A person has to be patient and allow the pill to become accustomed to their hair type or thickness and then let the pill run its course. I have definitely seen changes in my hair, plus my fingernails and it's been about two months now. And three, I am not sure what this is all about, but I subscribed because I wanted to save money. The first bottle they sent me were labeled vitamins and were small tablets. The next bottle they sent me were labeled supplements and were bigger. A few months ago, I noticed an alarming amount of my hair in the shower drain. Had discerned a somewhat "thinning" in the crown, but seeing it was a shake-up! It works but they have to stop adding ascorbic acid as their vit C. Please switch to true Vit C so I can continue to use. My hairline is 100% getting better but might have to go to another brand as the Vit C is not good. Read more

This is just my honest opinion . I understand everyone is different and results will vary from person to person. I’m a 42 year old woman who up til 3-4 years ago , had a lot of thick hair . So like I said , 3-4 years ago my hair really started to fall. I just started losing so much , it really started to worry me. I have had blood tests and everything is normal . So honestly I didn’t know what to attribute my hairloss to . Needless to say I became desperate. I started to take viviscal and took it for around 10 months and I can honestly say I didn’t see much difference in the regrowth of my hair. I have a bit of thinning around the temples and in the very front of my hairline . I couldn’t justify to keep taking viviscal considering I didn’t see much improvement . Then I saw on YouTube the St tropica supplements with great reviews and decided to give it a chance . So after 9 months of taking this , I think I can speak to only my experience pretty well. My hairloss didn’t Improve much . I still lose a lot of hair . I don’t see my hair being stronger . Luckily I started with so much that my thinning areas aren’t super dramatic, nothing a little gray hair cover up can’t help with for now,( but that will change , if this continues) I did however want something that could prevent it from getting worse . So I have nothing against the St Tropica supplements , but they just didn’t work for me. If you’re looking for hair growth I think it might be good for you. The hair will look healthier but at least for the problem I was taking these for, I don’t feel it helped me. There hasn’t been any real regrowth. Just the tiniest bit on the left side of my temple . The frontal thinning is definitely not improving . I can see that I’m still losing hair there. So at least after 9 months of taking this , I don’t think anything else will really happen to improve it.
