I am 5'1" 125lbs and wear a 4/6 in most bottoms/jeans. I was nervous they wouldn't fit based on reviews but they fit true to size on me. It is the first time my work pants are not up under my boobs or men's cut with the crotch hanging way to low. They are very low rise and hit me about 2 inches below my belly button where I normally wear jeans. I have "athletic" thighs and there is plenty of room. There is elastic in the waist and no pinching when you sit and as a fixed wing flight medic this is great as we have long transports. Pockets are well placed and the inside zipper pockets are good to keep cash, ID etc... They will need to be hemmed but this is a non issue for me as I always have to do this. I ordered the black by accident, easy return and navy shipped out the same day. I wish I had these years ago instead of wearing the crappy standard issue pants Read more

I love the quality of the pants! Very sturdy material and they have many features which are helpful in my EMT class. That being said, horrible in size. I wear a size 16 normally, so after reading the reviews, I order an 18....Even though I'm able to fit the pants, I certainly can't work in them. You can see the whites of my pockets because they're so tight. I have to return them …. paid too much not to be able to sit down in them. Just not sure how many more sizes I need to go up. Read more

I bought these pants for a summer EMS class that included 40 hours of clinical rotations, and Lecture/Lab Class 4 times per week for 2 months. Just a little reference so you can see how often I wore this one pair. Sizing: So far so good! I have a tiny frame so even the smallest pants in store wouldnt fit me. I'm 5'0" and almost 100lbs. Having a slim build I will tell you these pants fit JUST right. They expand a little bit but I cant definitely see how some people found that there run small- if I didn't have such a small frame they wouldve ran way too small, so if you have curves- make sure to take this into consideration and order a size up. Comfort: These are your standard tactical pants. They don't breath and they don't feel like scrubs- DUH. They arent supposed too. They are part of your PPE, not lounge pants. They didn't bother me too much and eventually I just got used to the heavy-duty feel. I personally tuck them into my work boots and they feel just fine. Quality: For the cost they definitely do their job better than a pair of walmart pants. I noticed that a thread or two has started to come loose but nothing major has happened. No rips. No snags. However, if you have pets definitely note that these attract dust, debris and dander like CRAZY. I'm pretty sure its the material but I constantly have to wipe them down because I have a cat and a dog. Pet hair ain't a cute look. This is the only thing that really bothers me about these pants. The size for these are inaccurate. Going by measurements too.Received them and returned them right away. They are nice pants with some stretch on the waist but the cargo pockets seem to only open on one side and be closed on the other. Size 24 or so it says feels like a 14/16. Im a true 18 and 24 was really tight. Read more

Yay! A pair of EMS pants that aren't made for a man. The fit is slightly below the waist - super flattering. The back pockets are situated on the high side but don't look like "mom jeans". They are sized slightly larger than expected, and the hidden stretch waist means they won't pinch, but I'll have to wear a snug belt so they don't droop. The fabric is a little stiff and feels substantial, but not heavy. Only time will tell how they hold up. Read more

I read some reviews on these pants and ordered 2sizes up like most of the people's reviews suggested. They fit nicely through the waist and hips but the legs were ENORMOUS! I had to have them taken in in the crotch and legs so they fit without me looking like an Oompa Loompa. Having them hemmed to the correct length was easy. I wish they made these pants a little slimmer fitting through the legs. Read more

Just received my pair for clinicals and I love them!!! I'm 5'4 145-150 lbs depending on the day haha and I got an 8 which were slightly to big but wearable! I'm normally a size 4-6 in jeans but ordered up due to comments saying they ran a bit small so I'll definitely order a size 6 and keep the 8 in case I gain a few pounds down the line. Very comfy and durable, able to bend down and up with out strain on the pants. Love em lots of pockets too! Read more

Oh my goodness! I read through the reviews before I got the pants and did order up one size. That being said... Order up TWO to THREE sizes. I am 5'8" and curvy around the rear/thighs. I wear a 16 in jeans and 18 in most uniform pants. I ordered an 18 in these and I could get them on without a problem. However, if I were to actually wear these to work I would probably be sent home due to the tightness around the rear...I honestly do not understand how companies get away with sizing their pants so differently. Rant over. Onto the quality of the pants. They are fantastic and 24/7 really thought of everything. The sides are flexible, the cut is super flattering for women and the quality of the stitch work and fabric are awesome. If you have ever been in the service the fabric is very similar to the fabric used in ACUs. It is lightweight but extremely sturdy. I will definitely order another pair another size up. :( Read more
