Never received it. We love the item but we moved to a new state recently. Amazon has shipped it wrong twice in the past week and I have called them twice for them fix it with little help. It’s a great product but Amazon needs to fix it. Read more

It was interesting to recieve an empty bottle with just a small packet of softner. It was easy to fill the container pour in the packet Shake and put in to the first load of laundry. The smell is super pleasant in the jug, however you cant smell it as much after the clothes have dried. It left the clothes relatively soft, however not as soft as a more toxic option. Overall I’m happy with the value of this softener and the fact that it’s a low toxic option. I should add I didn’t break out when handling this laundry- If I’ve used hard chemical softener before I break out into hives all over, this did no such thing! Read more
