First of all, I'd like to say I am NOT being compensated in ANY way for this review. During my trip to Utah, I was genuinely impressed by how warm these boots kept my feet, even when I sank down into the soft/powdery snow (as seen in my pic). And that's saying a lot, considering I'm a Florida native... I'm a major wimp when it comes to temps under 65 degrees. I spent a lot of time outdoors (in the snow), and wore them four days in a row. My feet remained WARM and DRY, even at 22 degrees -- and after walking in wet, melting snow. I took super thick thermal socks with me on the trip, but ended up not needing them, thanks to the high quality of these awesome, well-lined boots! They're comfortable wearing indoors as well -- to include on a 6 hour plane ride... meaning my feet didn't end up dripping in sweat, even after being indoors with the heat on. I do suggest ordering one size up -- especially if you plan on wearing thick socks. I usually wear an 8 to 8.5, and the 9 fight perfectly. The only 'issue' I've had was when I spilled makeup (foundation) on top of one of them, and could not get the stain off, even though I immediately tried wiping it off with water, soap and a tissue... then used Woolite stain remover, once we returned home the next day. I also ran them through the washing machine, which did not help either. I am clearly stuck with a tan colored stain on top of one, but that's okay. That was due to my clumsy mistake, and I will wear them again nonetheless, the next time we're in snow -- or even when the temps drop below 60 in Florida. MONEY WELL SPENT!!! Read more

Had a pair Totes boots with 4 zippers and 3 broke, so got these lace ups. Size exactly as expected. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and got an 8. Usually wear them with no socks since they're lined and so warm. With really thick socks my toe hits the end but not too tight. They're fairly lightweight also. On ice covered snow they gripped really good! Much better than my former Totes did. I saw comments that top eyelets cut the laces but on mine (black anyway) eyelets were all rounded the same and no problem there. I definitely recommend them! Read more

I have a problem with the sizing of the boots. I like the boots - they're attractive and comfortable. However, a similar boot ordered as a 7 came as a 39 and was too big. These were ordered as a 7 and came as a 38 and my toes just hit the front. I think they would be sore if I wore them very long. Very disappointed - nice boot but EU sizes are not reliable. Read more

I love how comfortable it is. I love the color, it’s soft, warm, and the base of the shoe is very sturdy, and very grippy. I live in a very rainy and cold city in the PNW and I also have issues with my left foot due to a disc issue in my spine so I need something that will be comfy, warm, weather proof, and sturdy. So far I’ve used it twice in the rain and in 30 degree weather and it does keep me dry and warm and I don’t slip! Only issue for me personally cuz of my nerve issue, it does pinch my ankle nerve but it’s alright hopefully my surgery will happen soon and this won’t be an issue. Read more

I was looking for a good-fitting boot in order to power walk in the cold MN winters. These boots fit perfectly to size. I wear a size 8-1/2 and these 8-1/2's fit exactly. The inside gray fur lining is thick and warm. The outside is waterproof with great grips on the soles for walking in ice/snow. The coverage is over the ankle. I've included pics from various angles showing you how high they go up the leg. Because they have lace-ups instead of velcro fastening, they can be synched up as tight as needed for the fit you are needing. These work perfectly when I'm out power walking in the cold, wet, ice. I can't run in them as they are too high for that purpose. UPDATE AFTER WEARING THEM FOR A FEW MONTHS (2/10/21): I am so happy I bought these boots. After wearing them almost every night to power walk in, they've not let me down. I've attached the last 4 pictures showing how they look after two months of use. The grips on the bottom have been excellent to handle slick icy roads/sidewalks. I've been wearing them in sleet and snow. I've even found I can run in them - albeit slowly. But they grip the road so nicely. The fur inside is still in great shape and the overall boot shows very little sign of wear. One issue I am noticing is the strings on the boot - they are showing wear quite visibly. It's where they cinch up on the metal straps of the boot - must be rubbing on those metal rings enough to start breaking down the strings. Biggest Rave I can give these boots - my extremities are always cold. I struggle with my feet freezing when I'm outside. Well, I just went for a walk/run two days ago and the actual temps were -4 degrees F with a windchill of -17. My feet did not get cold (I was wearing my "Darn Tough" mid-cushion wood socks) with these boots!! Truly had warm feet throughout my one-hour outdoor run/walk. I'm so thankful I found these boots!! Needed boots for the winters in Connecticut for walking the dogs. These are not only cute but warm and comfortable walking in the snow, slush and ice. Great traction treads, very warm and waterproof. Read more

The material on the front of the boot has come off completely just from walking in the snow (very little) on the sidewalk ... I bought them to wear on the bus and wanted something light ... they are light & mostly comfortable (needed a little wider) but the material wearing off was bizarre Read more

I needed some everyday knock around boots for winter and decided to try these. Absolutely love them. They're true to size. Roomie enough for my thickest winter socks and extremely comfortable and warm. Highly recommend this boot. I'll probably buy another color of them soon. Read more
