This sharpener feels very precise. Durability seems very good, full metal construction. Stones included get the job done pretty quick. After getting to use this, I would absolutely buy again. I wanted to love this...
...but it had way too many drawbacks. Instructions in Russian only? Nyet, thank you. I enjoy being exposed to new things, but in this case one new thing (the language) was a barrier to learning the other new thing (the sharpener). Google Translate came to my rescue, but I shouldn't have needed it. The clamps are too far apart and too thick to work well for small knives like folding knives, which are my primary use case. The sharpener doesn't come with a solid base, just a lousy C-clamp for securing it to a workbench the manufacturer evidently assumes you are using. Finally, the included stones are pretty poor, and of course the stones are the heart of any sharpening system. Very disappointing, given TSprof's reputation. Maybe some of their other models are better, but this one's kind of a dud. Read more

This sharpening system is phenomenal. Easily restores a factory new edge on my expensive knives. Up until now it has been impossible to return a knife to like new condition. The finished edge is beyond factory sharp, and looks like it is brand new. Read more

Worth the money
Picked this up as an upgrade to the worksharp precision adjust and it is definitely a step up. Make sure to order the L brackets for clamps because small knives won’t bridge between both clamps. Read more
