WHEN I BUY A CAP THAT IS SIZED AND NOT ADJUSTABLE, I WEAR A 7-7/8 INCH CAP. I ORDERED THE XL SIZE HERE AND IT JUST FITS. I HAVE 3 PEGS IN HOLES WHICH IS A RECORD FOR ME ON THIS TYPE OF CLOSURE. I WOULD PROBABLY GET THE XXL NEXT TIME BECAUSE THESE THINGS SHRINK OVER TIME. NOW AS FAR AS THE CAP ITSELF. THE QUALITY OF THE EMBROIDERY OF THE FLAG IS AWSOME.
