We're having so much fun with this electric scooter! There are more expensive, more powerful scooters out there, but for the money, this scooter offers a tremendous value! It has a nice lighting system which is great for riding safely at night and the large storage racks are super spacious yet they don't impede your ride comfort and you barely even notice they're there and you don't even feel it struggle with the added weight from cargo. The display for speedometer, battery life, range, etc. is nice and big and easy to read while you're riding. The electric motor is really smooth and even when it's maxed out, it cuts off smoothly and gradually which is great for safety. The ride experience is very gradual and smooth, and not jerky. The electric range for a big guy like me is about 10 miles and the nice thing is that you can eek the last few minutes of riding out of the battery and it still gives you most of the performance that you need, which is the benefit of lithium-ion batteries in general. When the scooter came, yes it was super easy set up, right out of the box. It worked perfectly when we first got it. Shortly after having it, the display screen went out. And then the scooter kept losing power. My son would be riding it and have the throttle at full speed, and it would just slowly decrease speed as he rode it. We contacted the company. Received a very quick response. They had us send videos and pictures and concluded it was a throttle issue. We received a new throttle promptly, traded that out, and nope! Didn't work. Now the scooter has zero power. Won't turn on. We've been in communication with the company almost daily, providing whatever photos/videos they request. They send us diagrams/step by step instructions for scooters that aren't our make/model and then repeatedly ask us over and over to do the same things because we "didn't test right " according to the instructions. This is despite us making them aware they're sending us the wrong scooter instructions. It's been a continuous cat tail chase just going in circles without any resolution. Meanwhile our son has been without a scooter for about a month and a half that we only bought 5 months ago. Ridiculous! Read more

Great motorized scooter. Was well packaged and easy to assemble. All tools needed were included (except you need an edge cutter or scissors to cut the straps that are used during shipping). Scooter reached 18.5MPH on level ground (I weigh 180 lbs) and accelerated quickly. My three teenage sons tried it and commented on the comfortable seat, even over bumps. My oldest son is 6’ and had no problem fitting on this scooter. My wife is impressed with the amount of storage in the two baskets which makes this scooter ideal for trips to the local store. We live across the street from a city park and it is the perfect choice for the paved trails. The only downside to the scooter is charging is that the charger it comes with isn't very robust so it doesn't charge very fast. It would be nice to see them make an optional fast charger so I could recharge it in one hour instead of several hours. But on the bright side, charging slowly is safer and better for the longevity of the lithium-ion battery pack. Definitely recommend this one! Read more
