Good product, Excellent Customer Service
This bed looks like a good value on paper and I decided to give it a try. However when the box arrived it was a bit tattered. This is understandable for packages this bulky and heavy, given the abuses they had to endure while in transit. I checked the parts before assembling and found a part missing. It was a metal joint vital for holding bed parts together. I reached out to the vendor and they promptly sent me the missing part, providing tracking number as well. Upon receiving that part I began assembling the bed. It took about 2-3 hours. The parts fitted well and the final product is sturdy and stylish. Unfortunately I then discovered that the headboard had a few scratches, again possibly due to bumps in transit. When I notified the vendor of this problem, they were most forthcoming in offering either a discount or replacing the headboard. I opted for the latter. This time the replacement part arrived fully padded and packed in double cartons to ensure damages will not occur. I replaced the scratched part and now have a most pleasing and comfortable bed. The customer service provided by this vendor is one of the best I have ever come across in my many years of shopping with Amazon. Truly recommend. Read more
