these are so much fun. kids loved them. they are scented and i was worried about irritation but my kids were fine. we have a big bathtub and there was more than enough "potion" i would recommend splitting each one in half to make it last longer. does not stain my tub either which is plus. i always rinse my kids off after a bath with this because it recomends it on the packaging. Our kid loves playing with this during bath time. Great fizzing action and we really like the scents. However, make sure you supervise young children using this product. My daughter recently used this product during bathtime. She added water to the flask and then capped the bottled back up when we were not looking. We rushed back into the bathroom when we heard an explosion and a bang. The pressure from the relasing gasses had basically blown off cap and created a small dent in the bathroom cieling and sprayed colored water everywhere. Luckily our kid was completely unharmed. But, had the cap hit her in the eye or other vulnerable area it could have done some serious damage. I know our kid didn't follow the directions to a "T". But there was no warning on the package that something like this could happen. I don't think my child is an outlier and other kids using this product may do something similar. Our kid absolutely loves playing with this during bath time. The fizzing action is super fun, and the scents make the bathroom smell like a fancy spa (if that spa also had rubber ducks). However, parents, keep an eye out! During one particularly “scientific” session, our budding chemist decided to add water to the flask, screw the cap back on, and… well… create a small bathroom rocket. We heard a bang and ran in to find colorful bath water sprayed across the ceiling, a small dent where the cap made impact, and our kid proudly declaring, “I made an explosion!” Thankfully, no one was hurt except the ceiling’s feelings. While I admit she didn’t exactly follow the instructions (future Nobel Prize winners rarely do), there was no warning that this could happen. I doubt our kid is the only one curious enough to test bath time physics. Bottom line: great fizz, fun scents, and a splash of chaos. Just supervise your mini scientists unless you want an indoor fireworks show in your tub. Read more
