My employer has one of these and we just bought a second. I had tried out other smaller scales but they didn't have the same accuracy that this one did and my larger boxes fit perfectly on it and I'm never concerned that it will fall off or the scale will read wrong. I love the fact that it's backlit so even if I don't have ideal lighting I can still see really well. There is an on/off switch if you need it and you can measure in lbs or KG I think it was. I always use lbs in the US. The scale itself is SUPER SHARP around the corners so be really careful, I cut myself really deep putting this together but I should've paid more attention. I owned it for 1 week now. Some cons: 1. no instructions on how to assemble it (even though it seems easy) 2. there's no place to hide the extra wire - then I figured out I had to tie wrap it underneath the cover (at the bottom) to hide it. 3. the power inlet cannot be pushed all the way in and the connector is still sticking out, and the switch is just 1 inch away from it, it might be a safety issue. Other than that, some good things: weighing scale is accurate. Also, the key pressed in comfortably. The stainless steel cover looks elegant. The price is UNBEATABLE. I hope these issues can be addressed in the near future. If these are improved, im sure it can be a really great product. Overall , a 4 point product. Updates after about 7 months of ownership. The battery runs low (it was a stong battery though) and the AC Plug is 5v. Charged for 48 hours but the battery level isn't getting any better. I think they need a better plug than this. The customer support was pretty good, that they sent a new plug to me. However it did't work. Most likely it's the battery that's bad. I should probably say it's dead on arrival as it would charge the first time I plugged it in. Read more
