I was tired of worrying that getting out of the tub is some kind of dangerous Olympic event. One wrong move and—boom—instant cartoon style slip. Not anymore! This rug is thick, soft, super absorbent, and exactly what I needed. The color (Gray) is spot-on to the photos, which is always a small miracle when ordering home items online. It’s long enough to cover the whole area I step onto, and it feels like landing on a plush cloud instead of cold tile. It stays put, it soaks up water like it’s its full-time job, and it dries quickly without getting funky. This is exactly what I hoped for. I get that people are confused or even disappointed, but I tell myself that this item is made to look relaxed. Ok that’s a stretch, it’s not well made. The yarn loops may be uneven by design, but under bare feet it’s soft & cushioned. The color matches a home refresh, so I’m pleased. The underside looks like it might not grip but it actually grips a floor well. Here’s what made me laugh. See the photo and read the care instructions. Someone goofed. I bought this after reading reviews and I'm so glad I did. It feels so good to step out onto it with freshly showered feet that sink into its absorbent softness. It feels luxurious and spa-like. No loose strings or edges, no loose loops. It has a slight amount of stick to the back that helps it not scoot when you step onto it. I'm not sure if that will still be there after a washing but it's great for now. This rug is highly functional, extremely easy to use (unbox and put out, no wrinkles), and feels durable yet classy. We’ve had this rug for two years now and it still looks brand new. Never gets musty or anything either. But I will mention that we both dry off mostly in the shower, we don’t get it soaking wet when we get out of the shower. We have an elderly Yorkie that has had a couple of accidents on it in the recent months and I have just poured vinegar on the spot where she had the accident prior to washing it and it had come out like nothing ever happened. It’s so thick, and dried so quick, that if I didn’t have such a bloodhound nose you wouldn’t have even known it was there. She’s indoor potty trained and mistook the rug for her washable pee pads. Now that she is blind it has happened a couple of times. She’s 15½ and it rarely happens, but when it does, the rug still cleans up beautifully. Read more

A very soft., thick and luxurious chenille rug that is a very pretty, sage green color. This is not a structured rug with a clean straight line so it looks crooked. I think perhaps it might be just the nature of chenille not sure. The picture illustrates that fact. Sadly, this rug will not work in a formal guest bathroom. I held up the sage green rug, next to a bamboo plant outside to show how light the shade of sage green is compared to a green plant. The picture taken does not capture the exact shade of sage green. Love this rug so much! The texture doesn't give me thr ick ('tism people, you know what I am talking about) and the color is fantastic, as well as the absorbency. Dropping one star as they are not super grippy so if you have little ones, expect to be adjusting it multiple times a day, and one end had fhe stitching come out after one wash. Read more
