Fellow shorties, have no fear!
I have several things to note about this item. - First, I am wearing the pink sweater in these pictures. This pink has a lot of peach in it, however, it is still definitely pink (I promise) - you just can't see any of it with the terrible yellow lighting in my house. In outside and office light you can definitely see it's pink, it's just quite a peachy pink. - Second, I am 5'1 and 95 pounds, so usually an extra small (I have a very fast metabolism and trouble gaining and keeping on weight. I've seen a nutritionist and am continuing to work on it, don't worry), but the small still fits me the way it's supposed to - like an oversized sweater. In these pictures I've used the hair tie trick (bunching some of the fabric together, securing it with a hair tie, and then tucking it under itself) to make it blouse on the bottom (which I think is SO CUTE!), but without the ties it just barely covers my bottom, which is still a very nice length for an oversized sweater. - Third, the material is actually warm! Most sweaters I've bought off of Amazon were thin and not very warm, but this one actually is, like a sweater is supposed to. I wouldn't say the material is overly soft, but it isn't scratchy on my skin and I personally don't get how some people "feel" their clothes. I mean, unless it's like wearing sand paper, I don't get being unhappy about how it feels when it isn't something you would notice. - Overall: I definitely recommend this sweater! To fellow shorties like myself, it still looks great and you can always do the hair tie trick like I've done if you want it shorter. Realistically, this sweater in size small still works if you're extra small, should be just right if you're a small, and MIGHT be a tad tight if you're a medium. Honestly, I was shocked that it actually ended up being what it was supposed to. It deserves more reviews! Read more
