About a month after purchasing, TV now freezes (screen goes dark). I have to unplug to reset it but then it goes dark again. Unfortunately, return window is only a month. UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE: ----- Though the return period of 30 days (per Amazon) had already passed, the seller reached out to me after reading my review of his product. He did comment that this issue that I reported (freezing) is not something that they've seen. My thinking is that maybe I just received a defective unit. Generally speaking, this or other issues happen with electronics no matter where you buy them. All that said, two things that will keep me as a customer to this seller are: 1) the fact that he contacted me AFTER the return period to address my concerns and 2) he offered to refund me the full purchase price (offer I accepted). Again, this is after the 30 day Amazon return window. Guys, you can't go wrong here. Seller genuinely cares about providing quality products and will address concerns should they arise. 5-star seller in my book. Read more

An amazing picture and an amazing price! FYI...This 4K TV will bypass the need to have to increase costs for buying extra gigs. TV comes with a smart remote... no need for Firestick! Read more

The TV has great features and a great picture. I'm very happy with it. The volume could be a little louder but for the price I'm very happy. My only real complaint is the remote does not work well at all. I have to press the buttons way too hard to get them to work. Other than the remote the TV itself is great Read more

it was nice while it lasted, but now it isn't showing picture at all once turned on. the red dotted light at the middle center is on while it's off, but whenever i turn it on there is no light...it is supposed to show a green light while turned on..no longer showing it. weird thing is i can still hear noise whenever i mash certain buttons on the remote....just a black, blank screen. and of course my return window has closed....not pleased at all. It was great at first but then the controller did not work. I contacted TuTu and they said since it was under warranty they would send me a new one. I never received a new controller from TuTu. I went ahead and bought one. They owe me a new controlled. Read more

The picture is very good, the operating system is wonky, and we had to order a replacement remote in less than a year (and the original remote was very glitchy in the best of times). So, mixed bag, at best. Read more
