Your mileage may vary. Ginger is super potent and overpowering for me.

I was looking for a soothing decaf tea for night time on colder nights. I decided to give the Lemon and Ginger flavor a try. The flavor is really intense with 10oz of water. I have yet to try it with a more diluted amount of water, but the ginger is really overpowering for me. There's only a hint of lemon on my palate. I will try it with 12oz of water next, and then with honey although I'm trying to keep sugar intake low. I'm sure this would be great with honey as that would temper the ginger, or iced with a little bit of sugar. The ginger literally burns my throat and opens my sinuses, which might be great if you're sick, but not my particular favorite as a go to nightly drink. I'm giving 4 stars to give the product the benefit of the doubt with some modifications, but if you're looking for a punch in the face with flavor this is definitely up your alley. Read more
