There was no way to reach out to the seller so I unfortunately had to leave a bad review. HOWEVER, the seller reach out to us and we worked together on fixing the situation. They sent us a replacement faucet and we are just so grateful for that. The seller truly cares about their customers satisfaction. We can’t thank them enough for working with us! We highly recommend going through this company. My husband will be installing this weekend OLD REVIEW BELOW: We bought this faucet, July 2024. We have been working on many other projects on our home. We just now installed the faucet only to find out that it leaks at the base itself when the hot water is running. Unfortunately, I’ve missed the short window of returns. We would like to have a new faucet sent to us, and in return, we will gladly send back the defective faucet we currently have. My plumber tried to install these. So badly made that he could not get them to stop leaking. 3 trips and he finally gave up. Still with a brand name as getting parts for this is near impossible. Read more

Replacing an old bathroom faucet, I wanted a design that as less susceptible to corroding at the spout over time. The is a solid metal, brushed nickel spout that is unlikely to corrode. I also wanted to try a waterfall design. I settled on this one because the curved design had no seems to collect water and possibly corrode over time. Also, so of the other designs had visible screens at the openings, and I wanted the water to "come out of nowhere". The water flows smoothly and quietly, it seems to very very free flowing. It's really a pleasing sight having the water flow like a stream over your hands. Note that it does not come with adapters from the larger old-style shutoff vales you might have under your sink. So it took a trip to the hardware store before I could complete the installation. One funny note: I enabled the hot water value first, and slowly turned the corresponding handle—all good. Then I enabled the cold water valve and torn the cold water handle quickly. Splat— I have high water pressure, and the air pocket cause a bit of water to launch and hit me in the upper chest as I was still kneeling in front of the cabinet. No big deal, I just laughed. But it was clear there is no internal screen or excessive obstruction in the faucet. I should state the obvious: A slight downside is that some water remains on the surface of the "trough", so you may get a water spot or two as your tap water dries. Not a problem, i just give the surface a wipe with my finger while I'm using it, if I see a water spot forming. Read more

The problem was resolved!! The seller has been an amazing HELP!!! And fast to respond!!! My guests and I just love the faucet!!! Thank you, J!! I ran into the same exact problem as Katrina peirce. Our counter top took a while, and by the time we installed the faucet and found a problem, it is way past the return point. I've tried to contact seller and customer service, to no avail. Im hoping like miss Katrina, the seller reaches out. I dont want a whole new set, I'd just like to get another hot water handle. I really love the quality of this product.
