Perfect for long hair. I had the original one that was portable, but it constantly got tangled even with the tiniest pieces I would use. This one is perfect for those with long hair. My hair is down my back so I needed more powerful. I hate that it is not portable but I still use the portable one for touchups on the go in my car. This one is absolutely perfect for long hair or thick hair. I cannot use a curling iron ever. I have never been able to understand how to use a curling iron. This is so easy to use it is idiot proof. If i can use it ANYONE can. Also i love it doesn’t burn you or risk if getting burnt so I use on my nieces all the time too. Very powerful and durable. Read more
Works great, my Granddaughters loved using mine so much, bought them all one for Christmas. Good for medium to longer hair. Suggest using mouse in hair while blow drying, for curls to keep longer. But in a humidity free environment, the curls last for days. Would and do definitely recommend. Makes curling your hair fun, not a boring task. Read more
First, this makes great curls, and that’s the frustrating part. I initially loved it because of this. I will buy one with the cord. DO NOT BUY THIS CORDLESS MODEL! The other reviews are true. The battery on mine shows 20%, but when I plug it in, it indicates "fully charged." I left it plugged in for 24 hours even though it said it was fully charged. When I turned it on, I immediately got the red warning that the battery was too low and needed to be charged. I plugged it in again, and it says "Charging complete, battery is fully charged." Ugh! Way to waste my time and money! I bought this in September 2025, and by December 27, 2025, it no longer functions at all. Read more
I bet a lot of you are like me, saw the ads pop up on social media sites and looked to see, how can I get it faster.. oh there’s Amazon. Then your order comes next day and you think you are good to go.. WELL.. few things to note. This is NOT the normal charger that comes with the curling iron when you order from their website. Why they chose to send one that is shotty and slow to charge I don’t know. Why this iron now ONLY can be used cordless again.. I don’t know. But don’t blame it on them it is written in the description that you would have to buy a better charger to be able to use while charging. Well that’s another twenty five dollars and just so you know the obvious you are over the price of buying one online from one of your name ads that come with a coupon. If you decide to keep this one and use your new outlet/base it will work while being charged. Or again just buy directly from them and get the correct charger, a cute pink one, and it charges much faster . I absolutely LOVE this iron. It’s so easy to use and I can no longer burn myself which is priceless. Before I was constantly burning my shoulder or fingers. The very first chunk of hair I put in the curler it got a little clogged up, cause I didn’t know what I was doing and I thought oh great I’m about to have to rip my hair out, but where it claims it has this anti-tangling thing it’s not wrong. It just came right out no pain, no ripped out hair. It was perfect. I am however returning mine only cause the battery is all jacked up. It tells me it’s fully charged, I unplug it then it’s 30% immediately. I would highly recommend you purchasing one of these curlers just not from this link. Buy the one that comes with the correct charger. Attaching a picture of my hair the NEXT day after curling.. still really pretty and wavy. Read more

So happy I decided to get this!! My hair is naturally curly and long. I was afraid it would eat my hair, to my delight it was so smooth and effortless. I love that it’s cordless and it even talks ha! It told me when the curl was complete…so cool! I was very impressed with the curl and how shiny my hair looked. Definitely recommend! Thank you! Read more
as the title says, this one doesn’t work while plugged in. And it loses charge fast. Really fast. So 40% into doing my hair it would run out of charge and turn off, then I’d have to sit there with incomplete hair. It was very awkward waiting in the car for this thing to charge with my hair half done because I couldn’t use it plugged in. They do make one that is wireless but also works while plugged in. GET THAT ONE. And yes it does say it somewhere very small in tiny writing that this doesn’t work while in charge, so I can’t say false advertising, but it should say it larger and make it very apparent considering they do make another version that actually is also cordless and works plugged in. I mean what’s even the point of this one? The price difference? Listen, the extra cost is worth it. This takes forever to charge and it runs out before it hits 0. After it gets to 10% it’ll say battery low please charge and then turn off. Then after charging for 30 minutes, it’ll be at 20%. I wish I was exaggerating. It’s not an issue if you only plan to use this at home, but if you’re getting this to use when you’re driving somewhere, going somewhere, traveling… I’d go for the other one. Another thing I didn’t like about this.. it will burn your hair. I haven’t used this in weeks, and my hair still smells burnt. Your hair will burn. I used a ton of heat protectant, but alas to no avail as my hair has still suffered. Is it worth the ease of this curling iron? I don’t know. I mean the burnt hair smell overpowered my perfume. It was so bad I felt like the odors were even getting trapped in my nose hairs, so I waxed my nose hairs. I’m not even kidding. Did it help? Yes, it did. I’m also sneezing less and my nose is less itchy, but that’s beside the point. This burnt hair problem applies to the wired version too. Oh yeah, I ended up getting two of them for the different size barrels: 1) Wireless, 1 inch, regular barrel 2) Wired, 1.25 inch, long barrel So FYI if you have long hair, the long barrel works better. It gets all of your hair whereas the regular barrel will not. My hair goes down to my waist, and the regular barrel would spin around and get all my hair and then do this weird thing where it would un-spin. So basically you have to start lower down. This is a personal preference, but I preferred the curls with the 1.25 inch. I don’t think it’s that big of a difference unless you compare the two curls side by side. But it’s still frustrating that there’s no cordless 1.25in long barrel option. TYMO, if you read this, please make a cordless 1.25in long barrel automatic curling iron that also works plugged in. Thank you. Is it worth it? That’s up to you, dearest readers. This is my honest review. Read more
