So I love having a beanie for when I’m going outside on a bike ride with my dog and my head is going to be cold. It is a one size fits all and I do think I probably have a larger head so it was a little bit tighter on me then it may be on you if your head is smaller. However it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, was stylish and ultimately a kept my head warm which is all I wanted it to do. I’m not a fan of having tags on the outside of anything but for some reason this one actually looks kind of cool. I don’t know his brand I’m not sure anyone knows this brand but maybe we can make it a thing by all sporting it. Fair discloser, I am a swim coach and mother to 5 competitive swimmers. I know that it is hard to get swimmers to wear these caps . . . at least female swimmers. But it really is helpful when it's cold and they have wet hair (ack, when did my mom start writing this!?!) This hat arrived bagged. The hat is sized nicely and has the right amount of stretch to be comfortable for my tweens, teens, and myself. The knit is a soft loose knit and feels great to the touch. I think it is more stylish than the other beanies Tyr offers. As a result of being loose, however, it is not nearly as warm as tighter knits. The color is nicer than shown, a true heathered grey with light and dark grey without any green or brown undertones. It also is more balanced in color than the picture, there's no stark white in the hat. I like the wide cuff as it allows you to adjust it a bit for height (like if they have the bun on the top of their head) but the leather tyr patch does limit how you can fold it up. I was unable to find any manufacturing flaws. Read more

This TYR Unisex Cuffed Ribbed Beanie is pretty cute. However, I have a smallish head, and I admit that I had to wrestle my head into this hat. It seems to run a bit small. It's attractive, it's warm, it's soft--thank goodness it's stretchy, too. It won't fall off your head, that's for sure. The cuffed sides mean it has an extra layer or two over your ears. It's not a light hat--it's made of ultra-thick knitted material that's intended to keep your head toasty. Highly recommended for anyone. This is a gender-neutral hat that will work for all. Read more

This hat is so warm. Quality is good. Elasticity has plenty of give to allow me to put my hands inside stretch and then fit onto my head without totally messing up my hair. Will def get another. Good winter wardrobe staple. Read more

The Good: -Stylish -Warm -Fits well -Well constructed The Bad: -None The Bottom Line: My wife and I share this beanie since it looks good on both of us. It is well constructed and warm. This is a nice, warm beany hat, but it is smallish! I have fairly large size punkin' head, and while the hat stretches to fit it is snug. It's still comfortable, but if it shrinks at all when washed it will be too small for me, but would probably fit most people still. I like the thickness and the cable-knit look of the wider ribs, and the heather gray color is attractive and almost matches my heather gray hair. Should be a welcome bit of warmth and comfort for this winter. Read more
