Extremely happy with this product and the vendor who sells this product. Its easy to set up and use - you don't have to be a social media influencer or in to taking selfies with this "selfie ring light" to benefit from this product, particularly during a time when we are all forced to telework and/or connect virtually. I like that this light has three different light filters that range from soft lighting to extremely bright, which makes it the perfect lighting for every occasion ranging from virtual conference calls to virtual happy hours. Also, the stand that comes with the ring light is super easy to set up and has adjustable height options. Additionally, there's an attachable smart phone holder that can be placed in the center of the ring light, which gives you the option of using that feature to hold your smart phone in place. Alternatively, you can just use it as a light while using another device. I decided to update my initial review because although I was very happy with this product when I first received it, for some reason the ring light just stopped working after less than 3 months of using it. Can't explain it. Worked perfectly fine for the first several weeks and then one day the light simply stopped working. May have been a factory defect. I immediately contacted the seller and after a few of days they sent me a replacement ring light - no questions asked and there was no requirement to return the defected ring light. Since I've received the replacement ring light it has been working perfectly. I currently telework and I am in meetings all day long - this light provides the perfect amount of lighting with flattering filtering options, which I can appreciate after being in meetings all day long. This selfie ring light tripod has been such a good buy. The light has multiple brightness levels and color settings, so I can adjust it depending on whether I’m filming at night or during the day. It makes a huge difference for photos, videos, and even Zoom calls — everything looks brighter and more professional. As a novice photographer, I wanted a ring light and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it since I'm fairly new to this. Luckily, I came across this company. I got both a great price and a quality product. The light has 3 different tones, all of which have 10 (I think) levels of brightness. All of the tones and brightness levels are beautiful, crisp and greatly improve photos and videos. The tripod is sturdy and lightweight. I needed a lightweight tripod for the light because my camera tripod and other camera accessories weigh me down enough. The tripod has a built-in level, and I think that is a nice added feature. I had no idea that it was on the tripod until I took it out of the box, so it was a pleasant surprise. The phone clip is very study and holds my phone perfectly. There is another phone clip included just in case your phone doesn't fit in the standard one, and I appreciate the fact that it is included because it's one less thing one has to buy if needed. The cord is a good length. The controls on the cord allow you to turn the light on/off and change the tone/intensity (brightness). I have to say that I do wish that the +/- buttons were next to one another instead of the button to switch the tone being in the middle of them. I'll get used to it, though! I just received this item in the mail today and first impressions are that this product is great for its price. Build quality is actually better then I expected ot would be especially the tripod. The light works great just as advertised and the tones and brightness adjustments are great. The phone holders extend a lot to hold my Samsung Galaxy a51 in its big rubber case and it has a very strong grip so you don't have to worry about your phone falling off of the tripod. The only problem I have with this product is the Bluetooth Selfie remote. At first I had to change my camera settings to make the volume up button take photos because the remote just adjusted the volume or zoom levels at first but im sure thats working as intended. The main problem I have is that the remote continues to disconnect from my phone like its turning on and off for some reason. I have to hold the remote power button the whole time just to keep it turned on and the second I let go of it the remote turns off. Not sure if it's just a defect or if this is happening with other peoples remotes as well. I was surprised by how cheap the remote feels considering the build quality of the rest of the items in this package. I bought this ring light in the beginning of 2022. It worked beautifully and the light is so bright! It made my video look crisp and clear. I loved it, I highly recommend it. It’ll last you a while. Mine just gave up 2025 December, keep in mind it still turns on, it just doesn’t turn on the warm setting. Read more
