However, once I accepted, they completely stopped communicating and never issued the refund. It has become clear that this is a calculated delay tactic. They promise a resolution just to keep you waiting until your official Amazon return window closes, leaving you stuck with a defective product and no recourse. Do not fall for their direct messages or promises of reimbursement—process your official return immediately if you have issues. Why the 5-Star Rating? If I gave it the 1 star it deserves, this message would likely be buried. Detailed Product Review: Regarding the actual performance of the machine: It is a mixed bag. The extraction for plain espresso shots is actually quite decent; it produces a good crema and works well for basic black coffee. However, if you are buying this specifically for cappuccinos, lattes, or macchiatos, do not buy this machine. The steam wand/frother has a major design flaw regarding temperature control. While it manages to create foam, it fails to heat the milk properly. If you use milk straight from the fridge, you will end up with a drink that is lukewarm at best. The foam sits on top, but the milk underneath remains cold, which completely ruins the texture and flavor profile of the beverage.
