Excellent customer service, quality, and value.
I was pleasantly surprised by the strength and quality of the dining set. More importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Before the delivery, I was contacted by the company to inform me that the table and chairs would arrive separately. They also told me to contact them if I had any issues (there were none). After the delivery, they followed up to check if everything was in order and if I was satisfied (which I am). First, you may need two people to assemble the table because it’s quite heavy (in a good way). The instructions and assembly process were straightforward. The table legs are made of high-quality metal, and the tabletop finish (similar to a laminate) is thick and well-crafted. I was looking for a modern farm-style table that could seat six to eight people, and this one is perfect. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable. Looks great in my apartment. Read more
