This is an exceptionally bright premium High Bay (UFO) light. Its hard wired so you'll either have to hire an electrician or know how to do basic wiring yourself. I ordered this to install in my barn's loft/work area. There is a dimmer capability included to connect to a seperate dimmer driver but additional hardware is required. I believe it's for a 12v dimmer driver and dimmer dial, these are sold seperately. This is my 5th High Bay Light across 4 different brands and I would say this ranks as good or better then then the best of others I own. The materials, construction and manufacturing quality are top notch. Thick, heavy duty construction, large led surface with lots of led's and plenty of large aluminum fins to disperse heat, it does get hot when on for a while. It comes with a mounting hook as most of them do, but you can also order a threaded mounting pole if you prefer it to apply more rigid mount, also purchased separately. When I took the picture of it powered on, of course the camera applied dimming so its not accurate, but I wanted to show it anyway. It's seriously bright and I would not recomend looking at it directly. I don't know for sure since I'm not a doctor or know anything about such things, but it might cause damage, it forces your eyes to squint just looking around it, same as if you glance at the sun. One other added feture that my other lights do not have is the ability to adjust the wattage and the light color (CCT). It's got gasket sealed screwed in door on the side that has 2 switches inside. 1 switch is to adjust the wattage of the light, 100w, 125w and 150w, the other switch adjusts the light color (CCT), providing options for 4000K and 5000K. The value is spot on. At $59.59 for 1 light this is less expensive then other premium UFO lights I've used and has more features like dimming, wattage and CCT adjustment. Overall this is a premium High Bay UFO light with several added features to accommodate different applications. It's incredibly bright, well made and solid. I would definitely recomend this light for commercial operations, someone wanting to light up a high ceiling garage, barn, warehouse or workshop. This is a serious light, genuine good stuff here. As a reminder it will get hot so hang it higher than anyone can easily reach. Also, it is so bright it should not be looked at directly or shined directly at an animal or human eyes. Read more

It works great. I like that it is dimmable, portable, and easy to install. The light can be set at the desired level as needed. It can also be plugged in or connected. I do not like that the body and hoke are plastic; I find metal more durable. Read more

I have another version of this as a plug in high bay light and now this is a hard wired version. It is super bright. My garage is now fully lit up for me to work and see all the areas in the garage much better. I love my other plug in light as I can move it around depending on where I’m going to be working but this one is great because it is tied into my garage light switch so now I just easily flip a switch. It has the capability to adjust the power from 100/125/150W and the lumen output of 14000/17500/21000lm. You can purchase and install a dimmer which gives you the added bonus of dimming the light from 0-10v. I did not install a dimmer but probably will in the future since I sometimes don’t need it as bright. But for now I am loving this high quality high bay light as it is. I can’t stand when I work and have to cut wood and struggle to see my pencil lines in the dim lighting of my garage. This fixed that problem. Wow. I cannot stress enough how bright this light is. You should never look directly at it. I have always done our electrical work so I had this up in no time but most people may have to hire an electrician. Be safe and hire someone if you don’t feel comfortable or knowledgeable about electrical work. I would recommend this light if you are looking for a hard wired high bay light. It has way more options than most high bay lights and the incredible brightness is beyond the average light! Read more

These "UFO" style LED High Bay Lights have taken the commercial shop/factory/gym/warehouse lighting world over by storm. They are incredibly bright, quite durable, and easy to install. This ELEPHANT DEPOT brand light is a great example of this genre, and it also comes with a couple of very nice extra features. The die-cast heavy-weight aluminum alloy shell serves to absorb the heat created by the LED's when the light is switched on, safely radiating it away into the environment and keeping the electronics cool. That leads to the amazing 50,000 hours projected service life. The clear non-yellowing polycarbonate lens protects the LED panel from dust and moisture. These lights simply hang up by the included heavy weight hook, and plug in to any handy outlet. You can choose between two light color temperatures to suit your preferences. More importantly, you can select between 100-watt, 125-watt and 150-watt levels of power consumption, resulting in 14,000, 17,500, and 21,000 lumens of light output. Trust me, these lights are bright enough for any normal purpose, and should be hung up at least eight feet above the floor to allow sufficient spread of the flood of light. It is also possible to connect an inexpensive 0-volt to 10-volt dimmer switch and dial in exactly the level of light you desire. (dimmer not included). I like it! Read more

The light is lightweight and easy to hang alone. I used a screw-in eye hook as a hanger. Wiring was simple (I didn't wire for a remote control.) White to white, black to black, and green to green. Done! The brightness is very good. I wanted it for a finishing room in my woodshed and I believe it will be sufficiently bright for my needs (the room is still under construction, but it looks good so far!) It's a solid unit, perfect for my space. Read more
