I am not that familiar with foil type shavers, so I was excited to try the 𝗨𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗽-𝗨𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿, 𝟴, 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗥𝗣𝗠 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻, 𝗪𝗲𝘁 & 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟮 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀, 𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆, 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗜𝗣𝗫𝟳 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳, 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 (𝘈𝘚𝘐𝘕: 𝘉0𝘍𝘛𝘍𝘕𝘝𝘍𝘎𝘗). This is very much a daily shaver for that bit of stubble, not a beard trimmer or a “keep the heavy growth in check” tool. On tougher, longer hairs like the ones on my neck behind the beard line, it does not do much, which seems more like a limitation of this style of shaver than of this specific model. For keeping the already clean shaved areas smooth, it does a really good job. The magnetic top cover pops off easily to reveal the shiny foils, and the foil head underneath also comes off without a fight so you can tap out or rinse away the shavings. There is a slider that either pops out a small trimmer or lets the head swivel a bit more. The trimmer works but is not really the main attraction here. The whole unit feels sturdy and pleasantly heavy in the hand. Charging is via USB-C at the bottom (cable included, no adapter), and the display shows remaining shaving minutes while it is on, then briefly shows a battery percentage right after you turn it off, which is a nice touch. My only real gripe is the button. One press turns the shaver on, and a long press kicks it into the higher speed. I suspect most people will just want high gear all the time, so it is a bit unfortunate that it is not the default. Worse, the button is positioned right where my thumb naturally lands, so during shaving I kept accidentally pressing it and turning the shaver off. This happened over and over. I really wish the button were placed differently or made a little harder to press to avoid this. Aside from the button annoyance, this feels like a solid, basic, everyday foil shaver at a reasonable price, and it has worked well for my daily cleanup shaves so far. Read more

I recently tried the Ufree Foil Shaver with Pop Up Trimmer, and overall it has been a solid addition to my grooming routine. I was mainly looking for a razor that could handle daily shaving while still being gentle on my skin, and this one seemed to check a lot of boxes. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I have a pretty good sense of what works well and where it could improve. One of the things I liked most about this electric razor is how comfortable it feels during shaving. The foil design glides smoothly across the skin and does a good job picking up shorter hairs without needing to go over the same spot too many times. The 8,500 RPM motor gives it enough power to cut efficiently, which helps speed up my morning routine. I also appreciated the two speed modes. On regular days I use the standard setting, which feels gentle and controlled, but when I have a bit more stubble the higher speed setting helps get through thicker areas more easily. Another feature I found very useful is the pop up trimmer. I use it mainly for cleaning up sideburns and shaping around the edges of my beard. It is convenient to have that built directly into the shaver instead of needing a separate grooming tool. The LED display is also a nice touch because it clearly shows the battery level. That makes it easy to know when it needs charging rather than having it suddenly run out in the middle of shaving. The waterproof design is another big advantage. I have used it both dry and with shaving foam, and it performs well either way. Being able to rinse the shaver under running water also makes cleanup quick and simple. The cordless rechargeable design is convenient too, especially when traveling or shaving in a hurry without worrying about a cord getting in the way. There are a few drawbacks that I noticed while using it. While the shave is smooth, it may not be quite as extremely close as a traditional manual razor. If someone prefers a completely baby smooth finish, they might still need a quick touch up with a blade. I also noticed that on thicker patches of hair, especially around the jawline, it sometimes takes a couple of passes to get everything evenly trimmed. Another small downside is that the foil head area feels a little narrow compared to some larger electric shavers. This is not a major problem, but it can mean shaving slightly slower on wider areas of the face. Still, the compact design does make it easier to maneuver around more detailed areas. Overall, I think the Ufree Foil Shaver offers a good balance of performance, convenience, and comfort. The strong motor, useful pop up trimmer, and waterproof design make it practical for daily use. While it may not replace a manual razor for the absolute closest shave, it still provides a clean and comfortable result with much less effort. For anyone looking for a reliable cordless electric shaver with helpful features, it is definitely worth considering. Read more
