No padding on inside of shoe like most Ugg shoes have.
Size seems right. It's the discomfort from no padding and you may feel a little scrathiness at first. As they form to my foot I expect they will be more comfortable. Nice casual slip on. Read more

These shoes are fantastic. I absolutely love the fit, color & comfort. I bought a pair in pink as well and had so many people compliment me on these uggs. I definitely recommend these and any of the other UGG products. Totally worth it. Read more
Not comfortable
I returned these shoes as they were purchased to be my go to comfortable shoes and they were not at all comfortable. They were Ugg so I assumed they would be cozy comfortable. They looked nice but were not cozy. Read more

Bad stitching / seaming on the inside of the shoe.
I like UGG mules but this pair - terrible seaming on the inside of the shoe. So irritating and actually causes abrasions on the foot where the sole meets the upper. I didn't return as I thought it might just take a wear or two - but it just isn't ever going to get better and I just can't wear the shoes. Probably will donate them and put a note in them "wear socks with these"...... Bummer. Read more
