I am so happy with these boots. I can't say enough. I bought a size 8 and they fit true to size. The color is like a milk chocolate. The good: This is a beautiful boot with a generous toe box and lovely, cozy lining. The bad: The boot collar does require break-in. It'll rub the back of your shin raw for a while. I wore mine inside for several days to see if the boot would get more comfortable; it does. The ugly: This is NOT a waterproof boot. Today I wore them for about 20 minutes in very melty/slushy snow before water started seeping in the toe box. I wasn't expecting that! If you're like me and read Amazon and Zappo's reviews before buying, know that the reviews are true. If you can wear in the stiff boot collar, they're wonderfully comfortable.
