Was looking for a lightweight, waterproof, stylish boot to wear to Venice in December. Found this UGG boot and was going to wait to purchase it. When I saw that you could buy a returned pair (one that didn't quite work out for someone due to size or fit) for $55, I pulled the plug. The very next day, my boots arrived. I am beyond happy. Ordered 1/2 size up for thick socks. Boot is lightweight enough to walk all day, stylish, comfortable. Perfect boot/shoe for Venice in December. Product quality, durability, comfort and overall look 5 stars. Fit 4 stars. I usually ware 7-7.5. I ordered 7 and it was way too big, probably would have better fit a size 6 in these boots. I purchased these for a trip and they arrived the day before I had to leave, so not enough time to return or exchange size. Had to ware them with 2 pairs of thick wool socks to semi fit. Comfortable soles for long distances. Overall still liked the shoes despite size issue. I recommend you size down 1 whole size or consider ordering two pairs in different sizes to make sure you get a good fit. Read more

I purchased both men and women to go to Great Britain and when we tried them they seemed just perfect. After my first walk i realized when I took them off the the soles come off as well. But not to my husbands. I was away fro almost a month with those shoes putting the sole back in every single time. This are well known expensive boots and I believe they shoulod at lease send me the glue to put it on muself. Check before using them and taking them on vacation. Read more

These boots were made for walking for real! I bought them for a trip to Europe and put at least 25,000 steps a day in them. I have bad feet, but these made the rigors of walking on all types of terrain super easy. Plus rainy and cold days these were perfect! A year later, they are still going strong although I have worn down the heels and will need to have them repaired. When I got them I really liked them but when I first tried them on I actually only tried the right boot on and it felt kinda uncomfortable and I thought: ok, I will return them. Then my phone rang and while I was on the phone I adjusted the laces and kept pacing around while talking and when I finished the conversation the boot was way more comfortable, put on the other one and was walking in them and decided to keep them. I guess it’s because it’s a lather. Or because it’s UGG. The shoe insert moves with the foot a bit when I take them off, like it’s not glued at the toes. Not a big deal for me. Read more
