I was so excited to find these. The insoles in my UGGS were so flat and worn out. I just got these and put them in two different pairs of UGGS, and they are so comfortable. I'm glad I can try these without having to go out and buy new pairs. They fit very snugly in the boot. I'm happy with the purchase. Read more
These genuine UGG sheepskin replacement insoles are absolutely fantastic. The moment I swapped them into my boots, it felt like I was walking on little clouds again – exactly like the day I bought my UGGs brand new. The sheepskin is thick, plush, and warms up instantly to your feet. Definitely 100% worth it if your original insoles are worn out or matted down. That said, a heads-up for anyone buying these: they don’t come with instructions, and how easy (or hard) the swap is depends entirely on which UGG model you own. - Some styles (especially newer ones or the slip-on types) let the old insole pop right out with almost no effort. - Others (classic tall/short boots, some older models) have the original insole stitched and glued in pretty securely. You’ll need to carefully cut/remove the stitching around the edges, sometimes use a hairdryer or heat gun to loosen the glue, and gently pry the old one out. YouTube University is your best friend here. It took me about 20-30 minutes per boot with a seam ripper, hairdryer, and a little patience, but the result is perfection. If you’re not into a mini craft project, you might want to take them to a cobbler. For everyone else, totally doable and so worth it. Bottom line: best replacement insoles you can buy for UGGs, just check your specific boot first so you know what you’re in for. Highly recommend! Read more

I need to return these, but would still give them an overall excellent recommendation. Here’s why: I bought these to go in a pair of Chelsea-style boots that I wear to work in the winter. I’m outside for 8+ hours and need something that will keep my toes warm. These inserts would have 100% done that job, but unfortunately made my boots just a too snug through the instep for comfort. Chelsea boots don’t have laces, so I had no option to loosen and make room. These inserts were easy to slip inside the boot, didn’t add any difficulty in putting my boot on and they provided lots of extra cushion and warmth. While I am returning my pair, I am ordering a men’s pair for my spouse. Read more
I bought these to put into my Kamik Momentum 3 boots. Those boots are great but I was noticing that I was losing a lot of heat through the thick rubber soles. The boots were already at least a half-size too big on my normal-width feet, with thick wool hiking socks on, so I decided to buy a sheepskin insert to solve my fit and cold issues. They are very very warm -- I don't normally have sweaty feet, but I can definitely see myself sweating in these, which I don't mind! No smell issues with these - just the slightest clinical or clean animal skin smell. There's some minimal arch/heel support (the pink foam bit) and eventually the wool will conform to the shape of your foot, but these aren't going to give orthotic-level support. They are flexible enough that depending on how roomy the shoe is you might be able to slip an orthotic underneath. They're about 0.5"-0.75" in thickness, depending on fur compression, pretty similar to a higher-end generic Dr. Scholl's gel insert. That's about the perfect thickness for this use. If you're ordering these for shoes that didn't come with shearling insoles, you want to make sure that your shoes fit almost too big all over for these to work, because they're going to change the fit entirely. Durability looks to be good, no shedding in the bag. Foam part of the insole appears dense -- the tiniest amount came off with the sticker, but it didn't effect the integrity. I'll be wearing mine with socks most of the time, so in my experience they'll probably still be fluffy by winter's end. Even if I have to replace them at the end of season $20 USD seems like a pretty good deal for something that I wear every time I leave the house. Read more
