I have narrow feet usually size 7 and these smushed my toes even w out the sock insert. Other than that they are comfortable, quality and great shoes to keep by the back door for winter to take the dog out etc. They are waterproof and warm. Super practical for NY winter. I bought theses for work! I am usually a 7.5 Womens, I went with an 8. The toe box is comfortable with out the fuzzy sock that it comes with, and I have room to wiggel my toes. With the sock on it feels a bit tight due to the extra cushion on the top of foot! They are slippery on the wet ground!
