Thick, uncomfortable elastic in waistband, & fabric is see-through when stretched.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really wanted to love these pants… this is why I don’t: They have a strip of thick, heavy, wide elastic in the waistband, as the fabric is not thick enough to hold the pants up on its own- it’s uncomfortable, and unflattering. And although the print is super cute, when they’re on and naturally stretched, they are see-through in places (like the bum area). Additionally, overall, they just don’t fit me right! I’m bummed about it. That said, I’m a group fitness instructor, and I know what works and what doesn’t work over time- I’ve been doing this for 25 years- these pants wouldn’t last very long. Unfortunately I will be returning them. Three stars because I like the pattern & color, & the stitching is substantial. Read more
