Great and not as bitter as many other brands
Most of my family really enjoys Matcha lattes. We try to make them without sugar and this is very hard to get out in the community at the local coffee shop. This product works amazing with honey or maple syrup or Stevia. We use whole milk with the splash of cream a dash of salt and make sure to steep the tea at 185° or less. I also add some vanilla. It literally makes the best Matcha ever. Read more

It’s great until it’s not
The taste is great... in the beginning. You get a lot of uses out of it I still had lots of powder left over before I had to throw it away. It doesn’t dissolve completely so it’s pretty grainy. Going back to taste, it was great the first few months/weeks I had it but after a while it started to taste terrible. I can’t really describe it but it was undrinkable. Maybe I should store it differently I don’t think the plastic pouch is great for storing the powder after opening. I will buy again but I will try storing it differently, if that doesn’t work then I will look elsewhere. Read more

Very bitter compared to next step up of Ujido brand.
I ordered this by mistake not realizing that it was summer harvest and not the next step up. It is bitter compared to the next step up. I really couldn't add enough sugar to it to be able to drink it as tea or a latte. Might be ok for cooking. The next step up is much better. I don't even have to add sugar. Read more
