This pillow is well made and does the job it is advertised to do. I just didn't find it particularly comfortable. It was also a bit cumbersome - more like wedging a block between your knees. It did keep my knees aligned and I think it helped with the back issue I was having. But I didn't find it to be comfortable enough for long-term use. Read more

I have tried several different cushions like this, and this one seems to work well. The design covers more of my inner legs, which makes it feel like it’s more sturdy, although all the other ones.
