First let me say, I have been using this brand almost exclusively for roughly 15 years and I know good dental hygiene involves more than toothpaste selection, to say nothing of the importance of also flossing regularly. This brand, in my opinion, uses the "technology" that works. . . fluoride, and does not leave an overwhelming taste in your mouth afterwards. There is such a thing as too minty!
