They look well made, they have a mesh exterior and the same solid material as a liner inside. Drawstring waist, the string seems short but functional. Short strings tend to get sucked into the shorts when you put them on or take them off, so this might be an issue in time. Nice deep pockets on the side for your phone or what ever.
